Quality Control Lab

The quality control lab is located in a clean and climate controlled environment. All products produced must go through a variety of checks before shipping to the customer. Kilbank is certified to ISO 9001:2015.

In House Vibratory Deburr and cleaning.

Utilizing Mectron’s patented laser array, the Qualifier provides 360º inspection of each piece, displays its dimensions on the computer touch screen and automatically inspects the part features and measurement.

Outside Services:

Our outside services consist of Plating, Coating, Heat-treating, Annealing, Passivating and secondary work.
