CNC / Mulit-Spindle High Production Machining
Kilbank utilizes 9 CNC lathes (16, 20, 32mm Swiss Style & 32mm Turret style), CNC Vertical Milling Centers, Horizontal Milling Center as well as Multi-Spindle Screw Machines to turn and form metal parts in a variety of configurations to customer’s specifications.
The CNC / High production machining division also provides our customers with a number of secondary operations including rotary transfer tables as well as drilling and deburring.

Transfer Presses (Stamping)
Kilbank’s Transfer Presses are metal deep draw presses. Kilbank has developed extensive knowledge through the history of our transfer press manufacturing. Our transfer presses are equipped with 13 stations; this allows us to do a number of drawing operations. The finger transfer device mechanisms transfer parts to each station. The Trans Probe mechanism provides positive part control. When not properly tripped the machine shuts down, minimizing major down time.

Quality Control Lab
The quality control lab is located in a clean and climate controlled environment. All products produced must go through a variety of checks before shipping to the customer. Kilbank is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Laser Inspection
In House Vibratory Deburr and cleaning.
Utilizing Mectron’s patented laser array, the Qualifier provides 360º inspection of each piece, displays its dimensions on the computer touch screen and automatically inspects the part features and measurement.
Outside Services:
Our outside services consist of Plating, Coating, Heat-treating, Annealing, Passivating and secondary work.

Kilbank Metal Forming & Turning started operations in St. Thomas in 1979, producing screw machine product for local industry, adding a Transfer Press Division in 1991.
