CNC Machines
Kilbank added CNC machining and CNC milling capabilities to meet our expanding customer needs.
Our CNC centers are equipped for consistency and productivity. Our milling machines are designed for quick tool change over, with features such as a four-axis, rotary tables, pallet changers, with a maximum work piece envelope of 25.6” x 22” x 25.6”, as well as a full 360° B axis. We also operate a number of CNC turret lathes that utilize live tooling with sub-spindle capabilities.
Kilbank produces the majority of our low to high volume CNC products on our Star-SR series Swiss screw machines; featuring a new Citizen L32 Swiss lathe with Low Frequency Vibration Technology. These CNC machines are engineered for speed and precision, and are equipped with bar feeding for enhanced productivity.

- CHIRON DZ-18W SN#460;-37, Dual-spindle with Pallet Changer; Vertical Mill
- Okuma Captain-L370 with Live Tooling and Sub-Spindle Capabilities; Turret Style Lathe
- Hyundai-Kia SKT300MS with Live Tooling and Sub-Spindle Capabilities; Turret Style Lathe
